Class Description

You will review and refresh the knowledge needed to pass the county CCW examination and receive your Certificate of Training required by the Orange County Sherriff's Department (OCSD) as part of your permit application. Taking this class and even passing the examination does not guarantee your application will be approved by OCSD. By law, this class takes a minimum of eight hours to complete. A textbook is included. It is recommended that all CCW candidates maintain liability insurance. Bring 24 rounds for each firearm you wish to qualify with. Sorry, vouchers are not accepted for this class.
